We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive Manager to help us build up our business activity

Responsibilities :

– Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

– Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives

– Recruitment of potential financial advisors and Leaders.

– Work on opportunities of cross-selling and upselling

– Manage the month-end and year-end close processes

– On-field work to reach the maximum customer

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Qualification: Graduate/MBA
• Experience: 1 to 4 years of Field Sales experience.
• Age: Minimum 21 Years – Maximum 38 Years
• Two Wheeler Required
