Job Description
Roles and responsibilities:
- Get advisors ready and inspired to join the group.
- Keep up a positive rapport with the advisor.
- Periodically check and assess their performance
- Inform advisors on a regular basis about new schemes, etc.
- Initiate the customer call with the advisors.
Required Candidate profile:
- Requirement: A bachelor’s degree or graduation from any field.
- Experience: Two to three years of experience in the Sales field
- Age range: 21–38
