Job Description

We are looking for somebody who has 1+ years of experience in the life Insurance Industry only.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Fix customer appointments and visit potential customers for new business
• Make the customer understand the various benefits available in the plan & check whether it meets the customer’s requirements.
• Self-sourcing of customer leads from own natural market to sell Life Insurance products.
• Customer Leads when provided are to be called and fix appointments for sales visits and convert the lead to sales.
• Cross-sell/Upsell products.
• Assuring that the business targets are met as per the goal sheet given

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Qualification: Graduation/Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
• Experience: 2 to 4 + Years of Experience in Insurance and Banca.
• Age : 22 to 38 years.
• Local candidates hire first.
• Have good negotiation skills
• Leadership qualities
• Team Leading.
