Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and smart Business Development Representative to join us. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the sales team. Besides, you should be able to build and maintain long-term customer relations. Your job role will also require you to recruit and train team members.

Roles & Responsibility :

  • Identify potential customers and promote Life Insurance products and services to generate new business. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and create strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Coordinate with the marketing department to develop promotional campaigns and materials
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and other relevant documentation.
  • Provide timely and comprehensive reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • building relationships of trust with the team and the clients

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • Qualification: Graduate/MBA
  • Age : Minimum 21 Years – Maximum 38 Years
  • Two-Wheeler Required
  • 2 To 4 years of field sales experience
  • Staying in the same city for more than 5 years
  • Good stability.
