We are looking for a high-performing Sales Development Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative
Responsibilities :
– Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
– Hire, train, motivate and advise a team of sales representatives
– Recruitment of potential financial advisors and Leaders.
– Work on opportunities of cross-selling and upselling
– Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
– On-field work to reach the maximum customer
Requirements :
– Age 21-38 years
– CTC : 2.75 To 3.75 LPA + Incentive + Other Benefit
– Graduate (10+2+3)
– Presently working
– 3 To 7 years of field sales experience
– Staying in the same city for more than 5 years
– Good stability.
– Should be from a structured organization with proper documents.
