An Area Sales Manager works with their sales team by hiring new people and training them in their field. They also connect with clients and customers
Roles :
1. Employ, train, motivate and advise a team of sales agents
2. Managing recruiting, goals setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales agents
3. Create and promote robust and long-stable customer connections by partnering with them and understanding their needs
4. Driving business targets through Insurance Advisors
5. Maintaining solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service
6. Monitor the day-to-day activity, planning & execution of the Agency team.
Candidate Profile:
- Any Graduation
- Local candidate
- CTC: Up to 3.80 LPA + incentive
- Age: 21 To 38
