A Sales Manager’s main role is to lead the sales team in attracting and managing strategic prospects, with the aim of boosting sales and expanding the company’s market presence.
Responsibilities:
· Sell bank products (current and savings accounts).
· Collaborate on marketing activities.
· Conduct cold calls to acquire new business.
· Achieving quarterly and monthly sales goals.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree.
· 6 months to 2 years of field sales experience.
· Fresher can also apply.
· Strong negotiation and marketing skills.
· Local candidates preferred.
