Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Acquisition and Sales Officer (CASA) to join our dynamic banking team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting the bank’s current and savings account (CASA) products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Acquire new customers for CASA products through outreach and lead generation.

·         Achieve and surpass monthly/quarterly sales targets.

·         Provide personalized financial advice and solutions to customers.

·         Stay updated on CASA product features and conduct training sessions for staff.

·         Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.

·         Identify cross-selling opportunities for other banking products.

·         Monitor market trends and provide feedback on customer preferences.

Qualifications:

·         Any Graduate

·         Exp. Min 0 to 1 year in sales or marketing

·         Must have bike
