Responsibilities and Roles :
– Reach branch goals by driving monthly initiative launches.
– Locating and hiring prospective insurance consultants or advisors
– Educating and training advisors for increased output
– Creating and putting into practice sales strategies to achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
– Locating brokers and providing ongoing training in the marketing of insurance policies.
– Participating in networking events to draw and keep clients.
– Assisting with marketing and advertising campaigns.
Desired Candidate Profile :
– Qualification: Graduate/MBA
– Age : Minimum 21 Years – Maximum 38 Years
– Two-Wheeler Required
– 2 To 4 years of field sales experience
– Staying in the same city for more than 5 years
– Good stability.
