Responsibilities:

  • Hire and train insurance agents.
  • Plan and achieve sales goals.
  • Connect with agents and partners.
  • Track and improve team performance.
  • Follow industry rules.
  • Share regular reports.

    Criteria:

  • Min 2 years in sales and marketing (Pharma, FMCG, BFSI, Consumer Durable)
  • Must be Graduate
  • Must be local candidates
  • Age between 23 to 40 years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹225,000.00 – ₹280,000.00 per year
