Job Description

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients in the assigned area to expand the customer base.
• Understand clients’ financial goals and provide tailored advice and solutions.
• Stay updated on the company’s financial products and services.
• Conduct field visits to meet clients in person, understand their requirements, and address any concerns.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products or services to existing clients.
• Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide regular reports to management on client engagement and sales performance.
• Use market insights to adapt and enhance sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a closely related subject is required
• Min. 1 year Exp. In BFSI Field sales & marketing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Understanding and communication of complicated financial ideas.
• Goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
