Roles And Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the assigned area to expand the customer base.
- Understand clients’ financial goals and provide tailored advice and solutions.
- Stay updated on the company’s financial products and services.
- Conduct field visits to meet clients in person, understand their requirements, and address any concerns.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products or services to existing clients.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular reports to management on client engagement and sales performance.
- Use market insights to adapt and enhance sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a closely related subject is required
- Min. 1 year Exp. In BFSI Field sales & marketing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Understanding and communication of complicated financial ideas.
- Goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
