Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and smart Business Development Manager to join us. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the sales team.

Key responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and select qualified candidates for agency positions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of agency staff, implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Set clear and measurable sales targets for the team, aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to optimize overall sales efforts.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to refine lead-generation tactics.

Candidate Profile :

Age:- Min 22 Years to max 38 years

Qualification:-  Graduate/MBA

Experience:-  +2 years in any field of sales

Skills:-

  • Ability to analyze data and trends to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong Leadership and interpersonal skills.
