• Evaluate agent performance, provide comments, and provide coaching for continued growth.
• Identify expansion opportunities through targeted recruitment and market study.
• Develop great relationships with agents to create loyalty and involvement.
• Ensure that agency actions are in accordance with corporate policy, industry rules, and legal requirements.
• Provide monthly reports to senior management on agency recruiting, development, and performance.
Qualification
• A bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related subject is preferred.
• Proven agency recruitment and development experience.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• The ability to create and implement successful training programs.
• Superior problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• A goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with industry legislation and regulatory needs
