Job Description

Roles and responsibility: 

• responsible to handle all customers who walk in branch for service requests/query
• Generating the Leads and close the lead for New Business
• Persistency(revivals) with daily follow ups callings on daily basis
• Handling Video Calling service for NRI services
• Handled Branch Audits and Admin related issues
• Chat Process for Non-Walk-in customer Service
• Maintain all policy payments data (MIS)

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Min. 1 to 4 years exp. Of in BFSI sales & marketing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
