We are seeking an experienced and motivated Agency Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of field sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth within their assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of field sales representatives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree Mandatory
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of sales experience
