Job Description :
- Handle the Customer and convert the Order
- Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients
- Assisting customers with queries and purchases.
- Advises customers by providing information on products
- Helps customers make selections by building customer confidence: offer suggestions and options.
- Coordinate with customers in a polite manner.
- Engage and interact with customers to ensure high level customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
Candidate Requirement :
- Age : 24 to 38 Years
- Qualification required
- Problem solving skill
- Excellent communication skill
