Responsibilities:
Drive unit sales in the banking sector through effective team leadership and individual contribution.
Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
Foster strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or life insurance.
Graduation from a recognized university.
Proven track record of success in sales.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of Karnataka’s banking and financial sector.
Compensation:
Competitive Salary: INR 2.75 to 3.15 LPA
