Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring the successful execution of sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of field sales representatives.
• Set sales targets and develop strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends for management review.

Qualifications:

• Graduation is mandatory
• Minimum 1+ years of sales experience
• Age: Min 21 Years – Max 38 Years
