Job Description

As a Virtual Relationship Manager, Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, understand clients’ financial needs, and offer appropriate banking solutions.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of banking products and services, and the ability to adapt to virtual communication platforms.

 

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through virtual channels.
  • Provide personalized assistance and guidance to clients regarding banking products and services.
  • Understand clients’ financial goals and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct virtual meetings, presentations, and consultations with clients.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and banking technology advancements.
  • Achieve individual and team targets for customer satisfaction, sales, and service quality.

 

Candidates Requirements:

  • Experience: 1 to 5 Years in Tele Sales, Tele Marketing, Lead Generation in any domain
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in virtual communication platforms and tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Sales-driven mind-set with a focus on delivering results.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
