- Requirement:-
- Bachelor’s degree, marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in agency channel sales within the insurance industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills to motivate and guide the agency sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and network effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
