Position: Unit Sales Manager
Department: Banca Channel
Experience: 1 Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing of BFSI/Insurance or Similar Industry
CTC: 3.25 LPA Variable Pay Other Benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Building a strong relationship with the sales team of the channel partners (Bank/NBFC/MFI/Broker)
- Achieving your sales targets as per channel strategy
- Meeting prospective customers with channel sales team to sell insurance solutions
- Providing pre and postsales support (e.g. claim settlement)
- Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium)
- Enabling channel sales team to use latest digital platforms
Candidate Preference:
- Good Communication Skills
- Ability to convince and influence others
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management
- Goal orientation despite pressures and setbacks
- Willing to Travel in the designated region / city
- Local Language preferred
