Job Description

Position:  Unit Sales  Manager

Department: Banca Channel

Experience: 1 Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing of BFSI/Insurance or Similar Industry

CTC: 3.25 LPA Variable Pay Other Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building a strong relationship with the sales team of the channel partners (Bank/NBFC/MFI/Broker)
  • Achieving your sales targets as per channel strategy
  • Meeting prospective customers with channel sales team to sell insurance solutions
  • Providing pre and postsales support (e.g. claim settlement)
  • Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium)
  • Enabling channel sales team to use latest digital platforms

Candidate Preference:

  • Good Communication Skills
  • Ability to convince and influence others
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management
  • Goal orientation despite pressures and setbacks
  • Willing to Travel in the designated region / city
  • Local Language preferred
