We have urgent openings for the position of Sales Manager with most of the leading life Insurance companies in the Sales Executive Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

– Responsible for generating sales with new/existing customers.

– Developing opportunities with new customers

– Reaching the targets and goals set for your profile.

– Establishing, maintaining, and expanding your customer base.

– Business opportunities through various routes to mark

– Follow up on the database/leads provided by Company.

– Keeping up to date with products and competitors

– Meeting With Clients in the field to report on sales activities to top management

– Sales Executive Manager Sound Knowledge of IRDA regulations the

Interests of the Company :

– Sound Knowledge of IRDA regulations

– Good Communication Skills.

– Good team-building skills

– Good knowledge of underwriting and ops processes

– Training and motivation ability

Desired Candidate Profile:

– Minimum 1 To 4-year Experience in insurance / BFSI

Age : 21 to 38 years

– Must be graduation

CTC : 2.75 To 3.75 LPA + Performance + Heavy incentive based on sales

– Excellent communication skills

– Presentation skills
