Positions and Obligations:
• Use coaching, training & development, and career planning to create, manage, and grow a high-performing team.
• In charge of overseeing financial analysis to assess managerial and organisational performance, as well as predicting possible outcomes of choices based on such analysis.
• Examine the quarterly and monthly financial statements and give business managers and other senior management insightful feedback.
• Keep up-to-date understanding of company regulations and practices so that you may mentor other employees.
• Work closely with a cross-functional management team to provide timely and valuable insights and analytical support.
• Clearly, succinctly, and powerfully convey recommendations to higher-ups in the organisation.
• The processes for financial analysis and reporting can be improved by promoting creativity and strategic thinking.
• Provides guidance to others regarding an array of financial instruments, methods, and strategies.
