Job Description

As a Sales Officer, you’ll play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our company. Your main responsibility will be to identify potential customers, promote our products or services, and secure sales opportunities. You’ll be the face of our company, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels.
• Convert leads into sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to achieve business objectives.
  Qualifications:
•  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven track record in sales or customer service roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office applications.
