Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:

• Responsible for development of agent network for sales of Life Insurance
• Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line.
•  Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring
•  Ensure product knowledge by Multiple ways of training
• ​ Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals

Desired Candidate:

• Qualification: Graduation/Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
• Experience: 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry
• Age: 21 to 38 Years.
• Local candidates hire first.
• Have good negotiation skills.
• Leadership qualities
• Team Leading.
