Looking for an experienced Relationship manager to oversee sales teams, push goal attainment, and maintain superior customer service. Requires extensive industry knowledge and proven experience in sales management.

Roles and Responsibility:

• Overall responsibility of driving business in assigned bank mapped branches.
• Manage & maintaining extremely good relationships with the managers of the bank partner.
• Review team’s progress against plan and guide them to succeed and grow in their careers
• Design and execute a sales plan to help the team gain maximum mindshare of the distributor.
• Fix customer appointments and visit potential customers for new business
• Self-sourcing of customer leads from own natural market to sell Life Insurance products.

Age: 22 to 38 Years

Good Communication skills

Experience:

• Min 2+ Years Exp. in sales of BFSI Sector
• 1 Year Experience in life insurance sector is required.
