Job Description

Our sales team is looking for a hardworking and customer-oriented individual to join us as a sales manager on an immediate basis.

Responsibilities and roles:

1. The team of sales managers will be responsible for recruiting the team (life insurance advisors) from their own social and professional networks.
2. Building relationships of trust with the team and the clients.
3. Focus on sales team management, geographic coverage, & managing the spread.
4. Generate leads in the open market
5. Hire, train, motivate and advise a team of sales representatives
6. On-field work to reach the maximum customer Work on opportunities of cross-selling and upselling

Salary and Benefits:

• salary range varies based on experience

Location : Haldia, West Bengal

CTC : 2.50 To 3.15 LPA + Incentive + Other Benefits

Experience : Minimum 2+ years in Sales and Marketing
