Job Title: Inside Sales Manager – Life Insurance (Banking Sector)

Location: Bangalore, India

CTC: INR 3.75 – 5.50 LPA (Fixed CTC)

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets for life insurance products within the banking sector.
Lead and motivate an inside sales team to exceed objectives.
Cultivate relationships with individual and corporate clients.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven 2 to 4 years sales management experience in banking, focusing on life insurance.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
Knowledge of life insurance products and market trends.
