Profile   Sales Development Manager

CTC up to 3.45 Lpa + Incentive; on roll job

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and development of quality advisors.
  • Identified the training needs of the agent and work with trainers to improve the same
  • Delivering consistent sales output utilizing management.
  • Monitoring capabilities and improve agent productivity and retention.

Required Candidate profile:

  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in on-field sales.
  • Graduation is required.
  • Required: 10+2+3 or graduates, localities, open to frontline sales.
