Job Title: Area Sales Manager

CTC up to 3.45 LPA + Incentive; on-roll job

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Agent hiring and management: identify, hire, and monitor advisers at a suitable location.
• Monitor your team’s performance and guide improvement when necessary.
• Guiding them on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets.
• Identify and engage potential new customers to expand our client base.
• Carrying out a sales plan by using market segmentation, expands the market’s reach.

Candidate Desired profile

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Demonstrable track record of at least 1 year in on-field sales functions.
• Age bracket: 21 to 38 years.
• Local native is Mandatory for 3 to 5 years.
