Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in any field.
-0 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in banking or finance.
-Must have a bike for commuting.
-Sales experience in banking or finance.
-Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
-Achieve sales targets for banking products, including Current and Savings Accounts.
-Open current and savings accounts for customers, understanding and addressing their specific needs.
-Generate and convert leads into sales opportunities, identifying potential customers.
-Cross-sell banking products to existing customers, recognizing opportunities for additional services.
-Build strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
-Stay updated on market trends and competitors, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
