CTC up to 3.75 LPA + Incentive; on-roll job

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and mentor new sales representatives, providing them with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.
• Generate leads and develop new business opportunities through various channels.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, highlighting the benefits and features of our insurance products.
• Close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
• Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Qualification criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Sales and Marketing roles, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Own two-wheeler required for client visits.
• Age between 21 and 38 years.
