Working in an office environment, supporting customer growth and retention, and traveling to customer locations in a personal vehicle are all part of the job description.
Responsibility:
- Respond to complaints and queries from clients and internally
- convenient way for customers to buy life insurance.
- Keep up solid relationships with all kinds of clients.
- Offer insurance plans from within the organization
- Avoid locating the leads.
- Proper communication with customers should be mandatory.
Preferred
- 1 or more years of experience in a management role preferred
- 1 or 2 years experience in life insurance
- Knowledge of the local market
- Should had work in banking sector
- Basic Knowledge of insurance is required
