Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the charge: Be the driving force behind your team’s success, motivating them to exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
  • Strategize for success: Develop and implement winning sales strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue generation.
  • Empower your team: Recruit, train, and mentor new sales representatives, providing them with the tools and knowledge to thrive.
  • Analyze and optimize: Monitor sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Build strong relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Possesses a minimum of 2 years of experience in on-field sales functions.
  • Demonstrates a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading successful teams.
  • Has strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Is self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
  • Is a resident for at least 3-5 years.
