Job Title: Unit Sales Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Seek out potential candidates to join our team and discuss opportunities with them.
- Provide assistance and encouragement to your team members, addressing their concerns and keeping them motivated.
- Learn about potential customers and develop strategies to reach them, assisting your team in selling insurance products effectively.
- Regularly meet with customers to ensure satisfaction and potentially upsell additional products or services.
- Monitor your team’s performance and guide improvement when necessary.
- Ensure your team understands and follows our sales plan effectively.
- Identify and engage potential new customers to expand our client base.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Demonstrable track record of at least 1 year in on-field sales functions.
- Age bracket: 21 to 38 years.
- Local native is Mandatory for 3 to 5 years.
