Responsibilities : 
– Assisting in hiring and training of new employees
– Driving the team and setting clear targets to ensure recruitment training and development of agents.
– Goal achievement and campaigning
– Preparing sales reports every month.
– On-field work to reach the maximum customer
– Focus on sales Team Management, Geographical coverage & manage the spread

Desired Candidate Profile : 
– Qualification: Graduate / MBA
– Experience: 1 to 4 years of Sales & Marketing
– Age: Min 21 Years – Max 38 Years
– Two Wheeler Required
