Job Description :
- Keeping a check of daily/weekly/monthly sales in line of the defined budget & strategy and ensure the team is moving with the organization’s defined direction.
- Ensure the actual revenue achieved is as per the targeted plan and identify reasons and solutions to mitigate losses;
- Monitor month on month growth and provide guidance to Sales Executives to achieve the desired growth;
- Increase the market share by adding new clients and customers;
- Retain existing clients and customers Collaborate with CRM, commercial and Operations teams to define strategies and achieve regional budgeted revenue numbers;
- Analyze and study sales data to identify problem areas and develop areas of improvement for the team Market and sell other vertical offerings to existing customers.
Candidate Requirement :
- Age : 24 to 38 Years
