• Activation of agents
• Recruit, hire, and train the sales team
• Monitor the day-to-day activity

• Converting leads into business
• Manage a team of 10-12 front-line employees
• Ensuring the training of agents as per business requirements

• Experience: 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry
• Age: 21 to 38 Years.
