Job Description
- Casa Sales Officers assist the bank in attracting new clients for savings and current accounts. They establish rapport, clarify account benefits, and achieve sales targets.
Accountability:
- Seek for new clients using a variety of strategies.
- Opening new accounts (current and savings).
- Saling crosswise like a loan
- Encourage account openings and explain account advantages.
- Cultivate positive connections with clients.
- Answer questions and deliver top-notch support.
- Establish and meet monthly sales goals.
Conditions:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1 year to 3 year experience
- Newcomers may also apply.
- One needs a bike.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Basic familiarity with banking offerings.
