Job Description
The Sales Officer drives revenue growth by promoting and selling the bank’s products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open current account and saving account
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate banking solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for various banking products.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and generate leads.
- Build strong customer relationships to enhance retention and attract new business.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Previous sales experience(1 year to 3 years) in banking or financial services.
- Must have a bike
- Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
- Knowledge of banking products, regulations, and compliance requirements.
