Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Chennai

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our Agency Channel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective relationship management, strategic planning, and the implementation of sales initiatives within the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth within the agency channel, in alignment with company objectives.
  • Identify and onboard new agency partners, while nurturing existing relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the agency channel team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for agency channel initiatives.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress against targets and develop actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews with agency partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

Qualifications : 

– Bachelor’s degree preferred.

– Experience Minimum1-2 year in the field of sales and marketing.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
