Branch Sales Representative (Agency Channel) Job Responsibilities :

•  Recruiting agents and offering consistent training for those who sell insurance.
• Achieving the goals set out and preserving positive relationships with clients and agent
• Achieving mapped middlemen’s assigned PMS targets
• Agent tracking, activation, and licensing
• Keeping good communication with the agents and giving them regular product and procedure training
• Acting as a problem solver and proactively resolving concerns and inquiries
• Hold regular meetings with agents, Lead Providers, and intermediaries while keeping organized, methodical records of each meeting.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Any sales or related field
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
