The Area Head – Sales manager’s responsibilities include drawing up improvement plans, setting and meeting monthly targets, and liaising with clients to ensure improved service and product delivery.
Responsibilities :
– Meet personal and team sales targets.
– Maintain healthy relationship with all Stakeholders like customers
– Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest development. valuate customers skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
– Joint field work along with business associates and advisors to source insurance policy

– Self-motivated and driven.
Required Candidate Profile :
– Bachelor’s degree in any field.
– Valid driver’s license.
Experience: Min. 2 years in sales and marketing (Pharma, FMCG, BFSI, Consumer Durable, DTH, Microfinance, Dealer, Broker, Education sales, B2B, B2C, Telecom, Loans, Product marketing, Etc.,)
Age : 22 to 38 years.
