Job Description
Positions and Obligations:
• Create and implement a sales plan that meets top-, bottom-, and customer-related goals.
• Build prospects’ value proposition and market the organization’s brand in designated areas.
• Regularly review the sales plan and, along with the CEO, take appropriate action to make adjustments and changes to policies.
• Uphold established SLAs by consistently updating and publishing a sales database and MIS.
• Charged for reaching the personal goal.
• Using pre-established methods, gather client feedback proactively and share it on a quarterly basis.
• Conduct research, get an understanding of the external environment, its dynamics, and the implications for the organization’s present and future objectives. Recommend necessary modifications to strategy.
• Respect the pertinent organisational policies and procedures.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
