- Setting liabilities acquisition targets for the team.
- Responsible for visiting critical clients along with Team Leaders and as well as meeting with industry associations to help in building affiliations.
- Responsible for ensuring a superior customer experience and efficient transactions for all customers.
- Responsibilities also include motivating as well as maintaining productivity of team.
- Also responsible for the effective hiring, training and retention of Team Leaders
