Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of insurance agents.
- Set sales targets and objectives for individual agents and the agency as a whole.
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market share.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their needs.
- Stay up-to-date on the company’s products and services, as well as industry trends and developments.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Preferred candidate profile:
- a bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing.
- minimum of 2+ years of experience in any field sales or management-related fields (preferred).
- Age:: Minimum 21 years, maximum 38 years.
- Candidates must be local natives for at least 3-5 years.
