Job Description
Functions and Accountabilities:
· Oversees the territory’s yearly and quarterly revenue.
· In charge of reaching market share goals
· Find, create, and seize fresh, strategic sales possibilities
· Compile market intelligence data about rivals, costs, available products, and market share.
· To evaluate each headquarters’ performance using data from the Field Force Reporting Software and, if necessary, take remedial action
· To oversee and administer the hospital and detailer network and guarantee that every client receives efficient services.
· To determine and assess various channel prospects for various markets
· Effectively monitor and manage the sales process to ensure timely documentation and efficient sales closing within the designated time limit.
· Create and preserve connections with current clients through phone calls, in-person meetings, and visits.
· Maintain consistent communication with important clients for improved
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
