Position:- Client relationship manager
Qualification:- Any graduate / post graduate
CTC:- up to 3.50L/A + incentives + benefits

Responsibilities:-
1.  Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, and follow-ups.
2.Proactively monitor client satisfaction levels by gathering feedback, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly.
3.Develop strategic plans and initiatives to enhance client satisfaction,
retention, and loyalty.
4.Act as a problem-solver and advocate for clients within the company. Address any issues or challenges that arise promptly and effectively, striving for mutually beneficial resolutions.

Candidate requirements:-
1.Experience: 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry
2.Age: 21 to 38 years.
3.Local candidates are hired first.
