Job Description

A seasoned corporate Account  manager is what Tekpillar is looking for. Planning courses of action and assessing results. creating long-lasting relationships with clients and staff. Verifying the efficiency of time management for every employee. maintaining adherence to the organization’s guidelines, directives, and policies while also ensuring that staff members do so.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

-Contact customers proactively to inform them about goods and services that might be of interest to them.
– Make any necessary database updates for the customer’s information.
Resolve any outstanding sales and contracts related to the delivery of products or services.

– Describe the features of goods and services to customers.
– If applicable, forward leads to the outbound sales team.
– Promote and cross-promote additional goods that you believe your customers might find valuable.
– Provide help before and after the transaction.
